Once you have your articles ready, there are a few places where you absolutely have to submit them. One of those places is ezinearticles.com. This site has a very high page rank so you get the benefit of getting a high quality one way link pointing to your site but you also get lots of traffic from that article.

Then once the article gets published there, other ezine publishers are allowed to publish your article on their ezines and websites, all while maintaining a link pointing to your site. You can see how your link popularity can grow tremendously just by using this simple technique.
There are many other article directory websites to publish your article to and then again, it can get pretty tedious.

I value my time a lot so, I use software to automate tasks that are just repetitive and take up a lot of time to do. It’s an easy choice for me. I don’t like to do that stuff.
