Marcio Dias is an Web Business Development Specialist based in Denver-Boulder Colorado.
As a visionary, he was one of the first people to ever design a website in South America. His first website was a huge success, Rio Observer, a site that only posted good news about the city. Together with Rio Observer, Marcio started a web business development company that was also pioneer in South America by posting products form artisans from the Carioca Hippie Fair in Rio de Janeiro Online.
Since moving to the US in 1999, Marcio has taken multiple websites from 0 to millions of dollars in sales, managed millions of dollars in online advertising budgets, created numerous successful web specific business plans and helped dozens of companies get on the right track with their web businesses.

Mr. Parente joined Boulder Web Marketing as VP. of Marketing in alignment with Mr. Dias visionary ideas.
Mr. Parente is an accomplished marketer that has succeeded in implementing many projects utilizing a common sense in planning and management approaches based on the available budget, resources and time-frame; while developing clear, reasonable requirements to meet and exceed customer objectives, and closely manage and monitor customer and stakeholder expectations
His charge, passion and proven background previously in workingwith Hewlett Packard and Sun Microsystems was a natural fit for BWM. Mr. Parente has a BA. in Marketing/CIS, and is currently working on his master's degree in project management at Western Carolina University, a University of North Carolina school.
